1. Free, no sign-up

You can use the Service for free without creating an account. Just open the page—there is no charge.

2. Your files and results

Only process files you have permission to use. HODADAK does not claim rights to your input files or converted results.

Converting a file does not grant new rights to the original. Before publishing or distributing a result, check the necessary rights, including copyright and the rights of people depicted in the original.

3. HODADAK’s rights

Free use does not grant permission to redistribute HODADAK-owned code, design or logos, or to operate a modified copy of the Service. Prior permission is required to copy, modify, sell or redistribute protected proprietary material or to present it as the official service.

Uses permitted by law and each third-party component license take precedence. We do not claim exclusive rights to the underlying functions or ideas. Third-party terms are listed in the open-source notices (THIRD_PARTY.txt).

4. Please don’t

• Send excessive automated requests to the Service, or bypass or attack its security
• Use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others
• Present anything as HODADAK or its official service when it is not

5. Changes and discontinuation

HODADAK may add, change or retire tools. We will try to announce changes that significantly affect users on this site in advance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge and as is. Please check results before using them and keep your original files. HODADAK is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except for damages caused by HODADAK’s intent or gross negligence, or where the law provides otherwise.

7. Advertising

To support operations, ads may appear on the home and tool list pages. Tool screens will not show ads. Before ads start, we will update and announce the privacy policy.

8. Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms: contact.hodadak@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users.
