Privacy policy

1. No accounts, no personal details requested

HODADAK has no sign-up or login, and does not ask for information such as your name or phone number.

2. Files you use in the tools stay on your device

All tools released so far process your files inside the browser on your device and do not send them to HODADAK’s servers. The tool pages block outgoing transfers through browser security settings. If a future tool works differently, we will say so on that tool’s page and in this policy before you use it.

3. Information processed automatically

• Access logs: to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes information such as IP address, browser type, and the requested address and time. HODADAK does not use visitor analytics (analytics cookies or tracking scripts).
• Browser storage: your chosen language is saved in this device’s browser as “hodadak-language” so the next visit and the tools use the same language. It is not sent to any server, and you can delete it in your browser settings.

4. Contact emails

If you email contact.hodadak@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and to review tool requests, and delete them 1 year after we finish replying, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. We don’t share your information

We do not sell or provide personal information to other people or companies, except when required by law.

6. Service providers and international transfer

The following companies process information to run the Service. Both are U.S. companies, so information may be processed in the United States and elsewhere. It is transferred over the internet when you visit the site or send an email, and kept under each company’s privacy policy.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website delivery and security / access logs / policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Google LLC (USA) — sending, receiving and storing contact email (Gmail) / email address and message / policy: policies.google.com/privacy

7. Advertising

There are no ads right now. If we start ads (Google AdSense), we will first update this policy to explain whether ad cookies are used and how to opt out.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing personal information related to emails you sent us by writing to contact.hodadak@gmail.com. We will act without delay. HODADAK does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
